Glutenfree dried 6-eggs pasta with reduced carbohydrate content.
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, bamboo fibre, whole liquid egg, sesame seed flour, psyllium husk powder, water, coconut flour, sweet potato flour.

Pour the pasta in approx ten-times the amount of boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 min without lid. Stir well a few times while cooking and skim off the foam with a spoon. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Suggestion: use more cooking water, than for regular pasta. Do not cook more than one pack of pasta (200g) at a time.
